It's really very easy to upgrade to latest version of windows 10 that is 'Creators Update' before 11 April.So stop waiting for windows update to push the update and follow steps stated below:
1. Go to All Settings from notification area on the right side.
2. Now choose Update and Security. And update your PC with latest security updates.
3. Download Upgrade Assistant from here. Download Update Assistant . Click on Update now to download latest windows. (Do not click on 'Download tool now' if you don't want a clean install).
4. Now open the Update Assistant and follow all instructions.
5. Now wait for Update Assistant to download the latest windows and it will ask you to restart the computer after download of windows.
6. Now windows 10 will be upgraded to Creators Update.
7. Your all files and apps will be there where you had left them before upgrading.
8. Now if you want to save space and don't want to go back to pervious version then open Disk Cleanup and delete all previous windows installation files.
